Please note these sessions are on Wednesdays for 5 weeks but NOT THE 8th October..

Hey Islington residents! Are you ready to relax and unwind? Join us for a rejuvenating sound bath experience at the Jean Stokes Community Centre. Let the soothing sounds wash over you and melt away your stress. Don't miss out on this opportunity to treat yourself to some much-needed self-care. Bring a blanket/ pillow if you wish we will provide the yoga mats and refreshments. This is funded by Islington Giving and in partnership with Help On Your Doorstep. Hope to see you there..

During these sessions, you’ll be gently guided into stillness as the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and other instruments wash over you. Sound baths are known to:
